Is the Elevé Method suitable for all fitness levels?

Absolutely! The Elevé Method is adaptable to any fitness level. Whether you're just beginning your fitness journey or are looking to challenge yourself further, the method can be tailored to meet your unique needs and goals. Each workout is designed to progress safely and effectively, helping you build strength, confidence, and resilience over time.

Do I need any special equipment to get started?

Not necessarily! While some exercises may incorporate basic equipment like dumbbells, resistance bands, or a yoga mat, the  program can be adapted to use minimal or no equipment at all. I will work with you to customize your workouts based on the resources available to you and ensure you get the most out of each session.

Do you train in-person or virtually?

I train both virtually and in-person. Whether you're based in Sarasota, FL, or anywhere else, you can experience the full benefits of the method through one-on-one virtual coaching. For those local to Sarasota, I offer in-person sessions tailored to your specific needs. Together, we’ll choose the format that works best for your lifestyle!
