As dancers, we are expected to be flexible, strong, graceful, and versatile. The only way to accomplish all of those things is to train safely and for longevity. These programs I have created are supplemental to your training to improve flexibility, strength, and to prevent injury. They are a great way to enhance your in studio dance training.
